After more than 20 years running SMEs as a manager and co-shareholder, I've lived every facet of management from the inside. I know the weight of hard decisions, and the price of bad ones. I've led teams in distribution, construction and services, through growth, restructuring and succession.
In 2019, I founded Com-Pass to put that experience directly at the service of Quebec SMEs and growing organizations, from Blainville and the Laurentians to Greater Montreal. No empty theories. One objective: that it works, in the field, after I'm gone.
